The beauty of CrossFit is that it is universally scale-able, meaning we can tailor each workout, no matter your age, weight, or skill level, to you. PROGRAMS AND SERVICES
CrossFit is a Strength and Conditioning Program that focuses on improving General Physical Preparedness (GPP). CrossFit is defined as constantly varied, functional movements performed at a high intensity. In CrossFit, you will run, jump, row, pull, push, throw, lift and use your body in the way it was meant to be used. The workouts vary from day-to-day, and we always push ourselves to find new limits. The entire CrossFit program is designed to do one thing – increase your fitness. Fitness is an increase in work capacity over broad times and modal domains. Or in other words, our ability to move more weight, further distance, faster.
Whether the whole “class” thing isn’t for you or you’re looking for a more tailored program, we’ve got you covered. The key is pairing you with a trainer that can meet your program and schedule needs. We have an entire staff of personal trainers dedicated to helping you meet your goals.
During our 60 minute Kardio class, participants train in specific target heart rate zones that are displayed on a large screen above. Your personal heart rate display changes color based on what percentage of your Max Heart Rate you are working at. Participants have immediate feedback on their effort level throughout the class, offering a unique tool to motivate and guide you through your workout. Our dedicated coaches are there to correct form and adjust the workout as needed for all fitness levels.
We want to help you understand nutrition and make changes for a lifetime. Say goodbye to fads and unhealthy means of obtaining your goals. To gauge your progress, you will be allowed to take advantage of our in body analyzer. You will see how your body is more than a number on a scale. How much you weigh is not necessarily a reflection of your wellness, but finding out your body composition certainly is!
