Jordan has been active his entire life. He has been involved in various sports as long as he can remember, and played as many as possible growing up. Jordan started lifting weights and learning the basics with his dad when he was 12 years old. It wasn't until his first year at the University of Iowa that he truly fell in love with fitness.
Jordan graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Sports and Recreation management with an emphasis in fitness management. He has been personal training for the last 5 years.
"My favorite thing about training someone is the confidence it give them! My favorite thing about CrossFit is the challenge each workout brings and the hard work that goes into getting better!"

Madisen continues to train and compete in CrossFit, and enjoys training others to reach their physical and mental capabilities.
"CrossFit has most definitely changed my life for the better. It was a great transition to a different type of competitive environment where I learned to continue to push myself after my life as a college athlete. I strongly encourage people of all skill levels to try out this amazing sport, you won't regret it!"
