About Brandon
Brandon is a passionate and dedicated CrossFit coach with over 4 years of experience in coaching and over a decade of competing within the sport. With a background in Olympic weightlifting and track and field Brandon initially transitioned into CrossFit after discovering the intensity and versatility of the sport. This led him to become a certified CrossFit Level 2 Coach and a student of the sport for life.
