Our CrossFit classes incorporate a variety of methodologies to ensure a comprehensive fitness experience:

What to Expect
At CrossFit 2.2, workouts are designed to be constantly varied, ensuring that every day brings a new and exciting challenge. Workouts can be adjusted to accommodate individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to elite competitive CrossFitters. We use a variety of tools, such as barbells, kettlebells, machines and more, to keep the workouts fresh and fun.
Our coach-led classes, lasting approximately 60 minutes, follow a structured progression:
- Warm-up: A certified coach guides you through a dynamic warm-up.
- Instruction: Movement instruction and demonstration for the workout.
- Supervision: The coach supervises and corrects your movements during the workout.
