CrossFit
Our CrossFit program is the foundation of what we do at CrossFit 2.2 — built around high-intensity, constantly varied movements that translate to real-life strength and endurance. More than a class, it’s a lifestyle focused on total-body fitness and long-term health.
You’ll train using a variety of methods including metabolic conditioning, gymnastics, lifting, and sport-based movements — all under the guidance of certified coaches. Personal Training

Open Gym
Looking for flexibility in your training schedule? Our 24/7 Open Gym membership gives you full access to the facility whenever it fits your day.
Designed for self-led workouts, extra lifting, skill work, or mobility sessions, our open gym access is perfect for those following custom programs or adding to group class training.
You’ll have full use of CrossFit-specific equipment in a clean, spacious, and motivating environment — available anytime, day or night.
HYROX
HYROX at CrossFit 2.2 brings the intensity of global fitness racing to your training routine. This endurance-focused program blends running and functional strength elements like sled pushes, rowing, and wall balls into one powerful experience.
