I have been part of the CrossFit community since 2013. The friends/ gym community I get to see everyday at the gym keep me motivated to keep coming back. When coaching I love to see the progress that is made each week with our members. Their first pull-up or the excitement when they get their first handstand walks. The support and encouragement amongst the members makes it easier to show up everyday and put forth the effort.
