Dana started CrossFit at CrossFit 2.2 in 2012. After a couple of months, she did her first competition and has never looked back. While she enjoys competing, she also loves the benefits CrossFit gives you in your everyday life. As a coach Dana aims to give everyone the best hour of their day.
