In 2016, I switched to CrossFit workouts to break free from my usual fitness routine. Growing up active, I was in the gym daily, but by my mid-twenties, the routine wasn't effective, leading to injuries and loss of motivation. Trying CrossFit changed everything—the variety, intensity, and competitiveness hooked me instantly. I immersed myself in it and eventually discovered a passion for coaching.

 

After obtaining certifications (CrossFit Level 2 Certification, a NASM - CPT Certification), and continuing to educate myself on how to expand my knowledge so that I can have the tools to help as many people as possible, whether that's someone who has been training for 10 years, or someone who's tackling their first day ever in the gym, I've been a full-time fitness coach for the past 3 years. I am grateful not just for the health benefits but also for the meaningful relationships CrossFit 2.2 has brought into my life.
