About Kristin
I’m Kristin Wilson, a busy mom of 5 beautiful children! I made fitness a priority in my life when I was about 25 and had a pretty serious health crisis after the birth of my first child. I’d never really made fitness a priority and didn’t know how to do this healthy thing. I began to clean up our diet and exercise daily. I was a runner for most of those years, when I was able. When I was 38 I decided to try CrossFit. I had zero muscle, and zero understanding of Olympic lifting. Now, 5+ years in, I am passionate about teaching and helping people overcome the obstacle of getting out of our heads and pushing past our limitations. CrossFit isn’t just a way to get in a workout, it is a state of mind to get better, stronger and stay healthy.
