About Marshall
I have been active with fitness and athletics almost my entire life. After high school, I was looking for a way to channel my competitive nature. In early 2014 I found CrossFit. Since then CrossFit has been a big part of my life and daily routine. I have had the opportunity to train, learn, compete, and coach under prominent and successful members of the CrossFit community. This, along with a strong desire to give back to the CrossFit community lead me to dive into coaching. I have been a coach here at CrossFit 2.2 since 2021.
