I have accumulated 20 plus years of personal exercise and coaching experience in various strengthen and conditioning methodologies. The one that has really kept my heart the longest has been CrossFit as I have been practicing and teaching CrossFit for over a decade. Through my journey it has allowed me many opportunities to teach large scale classes all the way down to one-on-one personal training engaging with a wide range of people and abilities. Weather its group CrossFit classes, traditional strength and conditioning, Olympic weightlifting, or skill development I truly feel that I can bring the best possible version of yourself forward in a positive, fun, and challenging environment.
