Kristin Wilson

CrossFit Coach

I’m Kristin Wilson, a busy mom of 5 beautiful children! I made fitness a priority in my life when I was about 25 and had a pretty serious health crisis after the birth of my first child. I’d never really made fitness a priority and didn’t know how to do this healthy thing. I began to clean up our diet and exercise daily. I was a runner for most of those years, when I was able. When I was 38 I decided to try crossfit. I had zero muscle, and zero understanding of Olympic lifting. Now, 5+ years in, I am passionate about teaching and helping people overcome the obstacle of getting out of our heads and pushing past our limitations. CrossFit isn’t just a way to get in a workout, it is a state of mind to get better, stronger and stay healthy.

Dalton Lillie

CrossFit Coach

I have been part of the CrossFit community since 2013. The friends/ gym community I get to see everyday at the gym keep me motivated to keep coming back. When coaching I love to see the progress that is made each week with our members. Their first pull-up or the excitement when they get their first handstand walks. The support and encouragement amongst the members makes it easier to show up everyday and put forth the effort.

James Miller

CrossFit Level 1 Certified Coach

In 2016, I switched to CrossFit workouts to break free from my usual fitness routine. Growing up active, I was in the gym daily, but by my mid-twenties, the routine wasn't effective, leading to injuries and loss of motivation. Trying CrossFit changed everything—the variety, intensity, and competitiveness hooked me instantly. I immersed myself in it and eventually discovered a passion for coaching.

After obtaining certifications (CrossFit Level 1 Certification, a NASM - CPT Certification), and continuing to educate myself on how to expand my knowledge so that I can have the tools to help as many people as possible, whether that's someone who has been training for 10 years, or someone who's tackling their first day ever in the gym, I've been a full-time fitness coach for the past 3 years. I am grateful not just for the health benefits but also for the meaningful relationships CrossFit 2.2 has brought into my life.
